I chose for my game to be a first person parkour style game, following similar game styles found in Roblox Parkour Obbys and Minecraft Parkour Servers.

My game had started out as three uneven blocks placed on a flat grassy surface.

I then knew that I had wanted a change of terrain or environment, so I built floating blocks to the end of my grass plain and added a new cube to use as my “second level”. I also used a rotated cylinder to have shapes other than cubes in my game.

I then used a desert terrain pack from the Asset Store (https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/3d/environments/landscapes/pf-desert-pack-free-3d-psx-retrostyle-304703) to create a different landscape than the start, so that as the player progressed, they would change environments, showing progression.

This is the view from the ending point.
Although the game is not as intricate as most parkour games, I felt that my game was both playable and met the project’s requirements. I also found that playing the game is quite fun (not biased).
I found the creation of this project to be much more straightforward and user-friendly compared to other projects, especially App Inventor. That being said, I did struglle at first figuring out what I spesifically wnated my app to be, and how to achieve this goal once I made my decision. After I had gotten started, I slowly got used to the controls, much like how I got used to the controls of the other applications I used.
To end off my project and this class, I would like to say thank you for such a great summer semester! I learned tons from your class.
